Return Policy
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return Conversations on Lifelong Learning DVDs in new condition with original packaging. Include your name, address, phone, email, and original method of payment.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we’ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item opened or not returned in the condition it was received.
Exchanges: If you received a faulty item, we will be glad to exchage it. Call or email Gretchen or Larry Moore and Associates.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item unopened (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once we receive them.
